Question 1

How does 'pay after approval' actually work?

Accepted Answer

We build your site on a private staging link. You review every page. Only once you say it's ready do we invoice the flat $1,500 and push it live.

Question 2

Do I own my site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your domain, your content, your site. Local Care handles the hosting and maintenance, but everything belongs to you.

Question 3

What if I need something not on the list?

Accepted Answer

Ask. Anything bigger than the monthly Care allotment gets quoted flat before we start. No time-and-materials, no surprises.

Question 4

Who do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with small businesses, artists, D2C brands, creators, consultants, and independents of every stripe, anywhere in the U.S. Storefront or online-only; product, service, or personal page — if you've got something to sell, show, or say and need a site that does it justice, you're our people. Frankly, anyone who needs some online real estate.

Question 5

Can I cancel Local Care or Local Growth?

Accepted Answer

Anytime. Month-to-month. Your site stays yours.

Question 6

Do you offer a layoff discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it's the Layoff Special. If you've recently been laid off, The Basic Build is half price: $750 flat, everything included, same two-week turnaround. Mention it when you book your consult. No proof, no forms — we trust you.
